PROCEDURE OF REGISTRATION OF PRODUCER COMPANY IN INDIA
Producer Company is a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, which has the objective of production, harvesting, procurement, grading, pooling, handling, marketing, selling, and export of primary produce of the Members or import of goods or services for their benefit. Produce are things that have been produced or grown, especially by farming.
- Documents required- Identity proof (PAN Card, Aaadhaar Card), one address proof (Utility bills not older than 2 months like telephone bill, electricity bill) and two recent passport size photos. Duly self-attested photo copies of PAN Card & address proof are required.
- DIN Application & Digital Signature- After verifying above documents, application is made for DIN and Digital Signature.
- Name Application- Application for name of the company is made through e- form.
- Drafting of MOA and AOA- MOA and AOA is drafted and subscription is made by the producers. They are stamped by the appropriate authority and signed by all the producers.
- Certificate of Incorporation- After this the certificate of commencement is issued by the ROC if it satisfied with the documents.
