REGISTRATION OF ONE PERSON COMPANY
One person company is a type of business entity that allows a single entrepreneur to operate as a Corporate Entity with limited liability protection. But such person requires to appoint a nominee to perform on his behalf in case he becomes incapacitated or dies.
Documents required
- One Identity proof (PAN Card, Aaadhaar Card), one address proof (Utility bills not older than 2 months like telephone bill, electricity bill) and two recent passport size photos. Duly self-attested photo copies of PAN Card & address proof are required. These documents are required for both the nominee and the concerned person.
- DIN Application & Digital Signature- After verifying above documents, application is made for DIN and Digital Signature.
- Name Application- Application for name of the company is made through e- form. The name of the company will be in the form of (OPC) Private Limited.
- Drafting of MOA and AOA- MOA is drafted to clarify the objectives of the company and AOA is drafted which are the bye laws of the company.
- Filing of Forms with MCA- All the documents are attached and E- forms are duly filed.
- Certificate of Incorporation- After this the certificate of commencement is issued by the ROC if it satisfied with the documents.
